We understand that having the interior of your home painted can be an inconvenience. We will schedule your painting project with you to ensure minimal inconvenience to your day-to-day life. Our painting staff are skilled and work methodically and efficiently to ensure a high quality result in a short period of time.
PREPARATION
WORK
Preparation is the most important step of a painting project, yet it is often overlooked. It is essential to prepare surfaces correctly prior to applying that first coat of paint. The set up and preparation includes:
Furniture moved and covered with plastic.
Fixtures removed or covered with plastic.
Floors are covered with spot sheets.
Blinds and curtains will be taken down.
Cleaning with soap and water is done where necessary.
Nails, screws, picture hangers are removed, and holes filled.
Light switch covers are removed.
Cracks are filled and sanded smooth.
Surfaces are lightly sanded.
Water stains are sealed.
Cracks in trim are caulked.
Nails are countersunk where necessary.
PAINTING
PROCESS
Spot priming or priming all areas repaired/prepared.
Surfaces are painted with a high-quality coating according to customer’s choice.
Premium paint brands are used.
CLEAN UP
PROCESS
During the project, we ensure that the work area remains clean, and a complete clean-up is carried out at the end of the project leaving your premises the way in which we found it. Blinds and curtains are re-hung.
